Abstract
The article investigates the factors that increase or reduce effectiveness of the separation of powers principle in the context of public power mechanism amplification. The author comes to the conclusion that the fact of existence of the public bodies outside three classical branches ofpower doesn't contradict the separation ofpowers principle in case if those bodies don't dominate within a state mechanism.
