- Abstract
- this article is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities of legal regulation of commercial concession in the Russian Federation, including changes and additions made by Federal Law of July 18, 2011 № 216-FZ in the Chapter 54 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. It is concluded about a substantial strengthening of the owner of the contract of commercial concession in connection with the adoption of the foregoing law. In addition, proposals were made to amend certain articles of Chapter 54 of the Code in order to improve the legal regulation of commercial concession in the Russian Federation.
