- Abstract
- In the presented article, the author made a conclusion about inadmissibility of human objectification in Law, which can only be the subject, but not the object of law. Getting human personality connected with his birth, but before the registration of the birth and assignment of a name, human personality is incomplete. The end of the human personality is death. Rights and obligations of the deceased person go to the society, as a special subject of law, which sets the terms for their transition to the heirs or, leaving behind, delegates to a certain circle of people the ability to protect them in case of their violation.
