Abstract

The article contains the arguments in favour of the development of jurisprudence in the direction of the political science. The proportionality of the relationship between all of us and each of us staying in the legal space of the state is significant as a guaranteeing not only of our responsibility (jurisprudence sphere), but and of our interconnected claims (the political science sphere). This new area of legal theory and practice has to be understood - comprehended and mastered.
