- Abstract
- The article concerns current issues of modern system-related law theory. It is noted that some academic lawyers excessively exploit the notion “branch of law” which leads to devaluation of the law category “branch of law”. Undervaluation of classic criteria of subject and method of legal regulation entails their improper application and unreasonable extension of the list of criteria for formation of independent branches of law which are used in modern literature.
