- Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of these problems of the notion “transfer to another job” which has the most importance for science of labor law and administrative practice. The legal definition of the transfer to another job, scientific positions of different scientists-workers on present problem, forms of expressing of wills of the parties of labor agreement by means of which the establishment of labor conditions in the agreement order are considered in this article. In the result of it there were revealed the disadvantages of legal regulation of the transfer of a worker to another job, in connection with it, the author offers some measures on their removal that will promote the improvement of regulations of chapter 12 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
