Abstract
In article features of Lisbon Treaty and its role in the system of sources of law of the European Union. Compares the features of the Lisbon Treaty and of the Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe. Also analyzes the institutional changes introduced by Lisbon Treaty in EU.
