- Abstract
- The role of Legal doctrine in the process of rulemaking is examined in the current article threw the doctrine of banking law of The Russian Federation. It is revealed that effectiveness of the anti-crisis legislation (2008-2009) also depends on its accordance to the doctrine of banking law.
