Abstract

The article considers the problems of legal regulation and practice implementing the principle of equal suffrage in relation to the contents of the passive electoral rights in Russia. The analysis of judicial practice in this category of cases, the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation concerning the content and implementation of passive suffrage.
