Автор отмечает, что много проблем, научных и практических, возникает при анализе отдельных видов юридических фактов, некоторые из которых рассмотрены в настоящей статье. Проблема юридических фактов, несмотря на ее классический характер, требует новых идей и новых юридических конструкций.
