- Abstract
- In the article the author elaborated on the basis of understanding of the social nature of the legislative system of principles is presented on the basis of which must be carried out this kind of legal activity in modern society. Special attention is paid to the problems of the practical implementation of principles such as the primacy of international law over domestic law, humanism, rule of law, democracy, openness. In particular, the article indicated that the Constitution of the Russian Federation is the main legal act ensuring observance of the principle of humanism in the Russian lawmaking, including with the use of constitutional justice.
