- Abstract
- This article is about the features and problems of legal regulation of the investments in the infrastructure projects. In the article have been examined different approaches to the definition of the "infrastructure project” in the legislation and scientific literature, researched the characteristic features and classification of the ways of investment. The author have researched the means of realization of the infrastructure projects including private-public partnership. The low level of specific legal regulation of investments in the infrastructure projects have been determined and the actuality of the development of the relative legislation, including the defining of infrastructure projects as specific objects of regulation have been substantiated.
