- Abstract
- The author analyzes juridical mechanism of realization of Russian sub-federal units ’ constitutions and statutes. In the author’s opinion this mechanism is based on general and specific constitutional principles and oriented on fulfillment of general and specific constitutions and statutes. It consists of the following structural elements: constitutional and legal relations, which include good behavior and activity of participants of law-realizing relations; entities (participants) of the process; objects; forms; options; conditions; guarantees of observance of general laws. The author also represents the project of the article about juridical mechanism of realization of the Statute (Basic Law) in Saratov region. This mechanism is suggested to be used as a framework for other Russian regions
