Abstract
The article is devoted to the criticism outdated notions of national sovereignty. The content of the concept of the delegation by people of the right to power and peculiarities of its perception by the Russian constitutionalism. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the constitutional nature of the parliamentary mandate.
