- Abstract
- Considering the prospect of having in the system ofjudicial review of the element of economic disputes, the authors turned to the analysis of the subject and the system of economic law (the legal framework of the decision of economic disputes), having concluded that the economic right may be characterized as a system of forms of law, in turn, composed of subsystems of international and national law implemented in the state, and regulates the social relations associated with economic activity. The subject of this industry are the public relations arising in connection with economic activities (production, business and management) and settled principles and rules of law contained in single and multi-system international (fundamentalprinciples, international treaties, customs) and domestic law (fundamentalprinciples of Russian law, normative legal acts, normotivnye legal treaties and customs in Russian law).
