- Abstract
- This article contains a summary of presentations and comments on the topic "Modern philosophy of natural law: questions of novelty and continuity”, which became the subject of discussion at the "Round Table”. The greatest interest was aroused by the interpretation of the latest modifications of the ideas about the nature and significance of natural law, on the problems and prospects of co-existence of natural and positive law, is rarely discussed the applicability of natural law structures in international relations, in interdisciplinary studies.
