Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues connected with the implementation of employee’s social protection in Labour Law. The author considers social guarantees and compensations as a basis of employee’s social protection. The article justifies the point that the Russian state and employers shall expand their activity in the sphere of social protection of employees creating decent working environment.
