Abstract

The article analyzes the special (legal) standards, guarantees of legality in Administrative Law. The study of these safeguards will help to demonstrate their theoretical and practical role in Administrative Law. The main conclusion is that articulated in this article, is that the more special rules of Administrative Law that enshrines the guarantee, the greater will be the extent of rule of law in the sphere of administrative legal regulation.
