20 April 2017 at the Academy of law and management of Federal service of execution of punishments (Ryazan) held its annual All-Russian scientific-practical conference “Administrative activity of law enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation and foreign countries”, devoted to the 15th anniversary of the department of Administrative and Financial Law, Academy of law and management of Federal service of execution of punishments. In the ensuing exchange of views the speakers expressed different points of view on the problems of modernization of the administrative activity of law enforcement bodies of Russia and foreign countries, theoretical and applied aspects of improvement of administrative-tort law and administrative and jurisdictional activities as well as on security and public order.
