- Abstract
the research paper presents the results of author’s study of the approaches to limitations and restrictions of constitutional right to housing. Study shows comparative analysis of these concepts proposed in the scientific literature. The author proves the necessity of differentiation of these concepts because “limitations” characterize mainly the boundaries of citizens eligible behavior, while the “restrictions” allow the state to reduce scope of the rights originally granted to citizens to protect and ensure the safety of private and public interests.
