- Abstract
the article analyses modern tendencies of expansion of the subject of the constitutional regulation with the aim of countering threats and challenges to man and to future generations. Deals with the processes of constitutionalization of peace and security as higher values, the role of constitutions as acts of stabilization and reconciliation of the warring parties, the evolution of the constitutions to the constitutions for the individual and society.
