- Abstract
- on the analysis of the messages of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the practice of their implementation, the author comes to the conclusion that civil society in contemporary Russia has been developing and is developing now under the state control. Only in recent years has been taken a number of steps aimed at harmonization of relations between the public authorities and institutions of civil society.
