- Abstract
- Materials of the All-scientific conference "Law and interest (R. Iering)", held on December 20, 2017 at the faculty of law of Moscow state University M.V. Lomonosov. The topic of correlation of law and interest in the interpretation of the well-known German lawyer R. Iering was evaluated by the conference participants in the framework of the philosophy of law, policy, history of political and legal teachings, sociology of law, methodology of legal science. The conference participants gave a comprehensive analysis of the theory of Iering and drew attention to the relevance of many provisions of its political and legal doctrine for modern jurisprudence and dogma of law: evaluation of law as an interest, the relationship of the purpose of law and its content, the study of forms of struggle for law, the dependence of law on the level of legal consciousness of people's.
