- Abstract
- In article problems of improvement of the law-making legal equipment in the context of realization of lawmaking process in Russia at the federal level are considered. The conclusion is drawn on the importance of respect for the principles and rules of the legal equipment in law-making process. On the basis of the analysis of a standard and legal regulation of legal equipment rules of law-making process in Russia lack of uniform all-federal approach in definition of the specified means and rules of the legal technology of law-making process while in certain subjects such rules are available is revealed. Authors have proved need of adoption of the federal law containing these rules that will allow to optimize and improve law-making process in the Russian Federation.
