Abstract
The article examines the actual theoretical and methodological problems of the study of legal risks by a general theory of law. There is a need to use the methodology of interdisciplinarity, through which the knowledge of the causal nature of legal risks will contribute to obtaining objective knowledge about the phenomenon being studied. The attention of the author dwells on the knowledge and anthropological factors of the problem space of the concept of legal risks, which has general scientific and legal significance for modern jurisprudence. The study of uncertainty and marginality in the context of constructing this concept, actualizes the problem of realizing the goals and objectives of jurisprudence in practice.
