- Abstract
The author analyzes political priorities of the U.S. and the European Union and presents two possible scenarios for future U.S.-European cooperation. He emphasizes what the two parts of Western civilization can unite. He is also interested in what can cause disputes and conflicts between the allies. In the scientific sense, the fixation of the so-called Trump method is new. The Trump method is the strategic reorientation of the American model, enforced by the Trump team. There are some new hypotheses that can be used to deepen the political analysis of reality. The author describes two theoretical problems. The first problem is the need for a unified approach to scientific forecasting. The second problem is the importance of the unified interpretation of factors and their hierarchy. This article is only about relations between the U.S. and the EU.
