Abstract
The representations of human’s rights were studied in cross-cultural research by Geneva centre with Russia’s participation. In this research the shared (by 35 countries) features of these representations (e.g. values, attitudes to different subjects of human rights’ defend, personal experience of right disturbances) and specificity of Russians’ law consciousness, related to their social position were discovered.
