- Abstract
This article is a review of the three-volume scientific and encyclopedic publication "Judicial systems of Europe and Eurasia" ed. by R.A. Kurbanov, R.A. Gurbanov, prepared by the authors in the form of a comparative legal analysis of the judicial systems of the States of Europe and Eurasia, presented the statistics and evaluated the effectiveness of the courts ' activities in each country. In the first volume considered the judicial system of the countries of Western and Northern Europe, in the second volume – the countries of southern and Eastern Europe, in the third volume – considered judicial systems of the countries of the Eurasian region.
