- Abstract
The article shows the possible innovations in the field of law-making, determined by the introduction of digital technologies. Under the influence of digitalization can change the form of the law and the order of its adoption. Relations in the digital society determine the need for a flexible regulator, which will be created and constantly changed by a wide range of subjects of law. Changing the form of the law will not affect its moral content.
