- Abstract
In this article the author researched the legal nature of adoption, especially intercountry adoption has defined as a priority forms of children left without parental care, revealed the essence of adoption as one of jurisdictional defenses the child's rights and legitimate interests.
The author concluded that the definition of the identity of adoption as a priority forms of upbringing the child will realize the right of the child to live and grow up in the family and at the same time adopters satisfy their sense of motherhood and fatherhood. However, the analysis of legislation providing for the procedure, the legal implications of adoption and measures of social support for adopters, will identify the advantages and disadvantages of adoption in practice.
