- Abstract
The review of materials of the V International interuniversity scientific-practical conference “Economic Law: theoretical and applied aspects”, held on February 15–16, 2018 at the Russian state University of justice, is given. The draft resolution was discussed and the next version was proposed:
the discussion of different scientific approaches allows to draw a conclusion about the existence of economic law as a mega-industry in the system of Russian law;
law-making and legal regulation of certain segments of economic activity should reflect the features of the relevant economic relations and be based on preliminary economic expertise;
modernization of higher education in modern Russia should involve the provision of comprehensive knowledge within two or more specialties (in our case, it is the law and the economy); in this regard, the further development of innovative educational technologies in order to prepare specialists in demand in the labor market.
