A peer-reviewed monograph is the result of the work of the recognized professionals of Constitutional Law: N.S. Bondar (honored worker of Science of Russian Federation, honored lawyer of Russian Federation, Judge of the Constitutional Court of Russian Federation) and A.A. Jagaryan (adviser to the Constitutional Court of Russian Federation).
