Аннотация
В статье рассматривается попытка адаптации стран Латино-Карибской Америки (ЛКА) к изменениям в мировой экономике за счет заключения соглашений о свободной торговле (ССТ) и участия в глобальных цепочках создания добавленной стоимости. Процесс заключения ССТ происходит на фоне многолетнего кризиса Всемирной торговой организации и попыток сформировать мегарегиональ-ные соглашения. Текущую нестабильность усугубило президентство Дональда Трампа, озвучившего планы по пересмотру ряда ССТ и в целом обозначил нацеленность на политику протекционизма. В сложившихся обстоятельствах странам ЛКА необходимо оперативно адаптироваться как к переменам, которые могут произойти уже в ближайшее время, так и к долгосрочным изменениям.
