Аннотация
В статье рассматривается проблема морских границ в Карибском бассейне. Конвенция ООН по морскому праву 1982 г. повлияла на подход всех прибрежных государств к разграничению водных пространств, стала базой для решения существующих и возникновения новых пограничных споров. Авторы рассматривают различные варианты поиска справедливого решения в процессе определения морских границ.
