Abstract

 This work examines the ontological problem of the true arrangement of education as a social phenomenon. The components of the ontological basis of the education phenomenon are defined: educational universals, fundamental paradigmatic relations, ontological essence. Their fundamental role as the being possibility of de-facto education is substantiated. As a result of the ontological basis analysis, it is shown that the Russian education in its arrangement has a destructive shortage of truth and, consequently, it is brought to the threshold of its ontological crash – the loss of education essence. The basic spheres of ontological deconstruction in secondary and higher schools are studied. The situation of elimination the key paradigm for higher education development in Russia – the University 3.0 – is discussed.
