The article describes legal and organizational issues in realization of anti-corruption standards of professional behavior of state and civil officers, the article points out that existing standards are the integrate part of their administrative and legal status. Besides, it says that the state is able to build an environment, which will not be susceptible to different corruption offences with the help of various administrative and legal means.
